As the title would predict, when it comes to the pursuit of the perfect sleep: I've tried everything.
I picked these up as a special item one month (with very little expectations - again: tried everything) and was very pleasantly surprised!
I was impressed but not convinced until they helped me through some awful jetlag, and get my blood pressure/RHR normalized within 3 days when I normally would have felt pretty horrible for at least a week.
And not an isolated incident(s) - I get a consistently delicious deep slumber with these drops as my aperitif.
I'm almost finished my first bottle, and wish it was bigger. I've been rationing my drops, so I know I'm sold.
These drops are extremely effective for those of us who have restless nights. I wish there was a bigger bottle available! One of the best and quickest sleep aids I have ever used.
